Libbie Brooks
Libbie grew up on a ranch surrounded by a variety of animals, including horses, goats, chickens, cats, and dogs, which sparked her lifelong passion for working with animals. Over the years, she has gained experience in several areas of animal care, including veterinary care, grooming, dog daycare, pet sitting, and professional dog training.
In 2023, Libbie graduated from Highland Canine Training’s School for Dog Trainers, earning her Master Dog Trainer certification. Since then, she has continued to grow her knowledge and experience through hands-on work in both dog training and animal care.
Libbie joined Soldier’s Best Friend as a Service Dog Trainer and now serves as the Canine Readiness and Foster Coordinator while continuing her work as a trainer. In her role, she helps support dogs throughout their journey into the program, working to ensure they are prepared for successful placement and training.
