TUCSON TRAINING CENTER
Soldier’s Best Friend is proud to bring its mission of hope, healing, and companionship to Tucson and the surrounding communities.
As an Arizona-based nonprofit, we pair eligible veterans living with PTSD and/or TBI with rescued dogs trained to become service dogs or therapeutic companion dogs. Through this unique partnership, veterans gain a loyal companion and a renewed sense of connection, while deserving dogs receive a second chance at life.
Our program is about more than training dogs. It's about building trust, creating meaningful bonds, restoring confidence, and changing two lives at once.
Serving Veterans in the Tucson Community
Our Tucson Training Center provides a local place for veterans and their canine partners to connect, learn, and grow together. We are committed to making the Soldier’s Best Friend experience accessible to veterans throughout Southern Arizona.
If you are a veteran interested in our program, we invite you to connect with our Tucson team.
