 I have to give credit to my therapist at the West Valley Vet Center Abriana for suggesting that I contact Soldier's Best Friend, in regards to a therapy dog. After reaching out to the agency my first contact was with Calvin Hampton who guided me through the registration process. After being accepted I was paired with Ramon, I then met my trainer Julie who helped me get over my low points as I seriously considered dropping out of the program a couple of times, but she encouraged me to continue, and with her guidance, along with Jessica I am graduating today. I thank Soldier's Best Friend for aiding me in getting my Life back. Being a combat VETERAN I know my Life is forever changed, and everyday will be a challenge, but I am now at least able to get some normalcy where before there was apprehension in facing LIFE. So with having Ramon he's made a significant difference in my being able to continue to move forward, Ramon is a great companion, so a big thank you to Soldier's Best Friend.
