Earl and Kuma
When my healthcare provider at the Prescott VA medical center made a recommendation to get a service dog, I had no idea where to begin. After contacting the staff at Soldier’s Best Friend, my journey started to take shape. My dog Kuma and I set out on an amazing year of training, growing, and bonding as a team. I was able to learn not only from my trainer, but from the other veterans who were in the class with me. Now, my dog and I are partners with the goal of living a healthy and productive quality-of-life.
