Although the process took time, Leslie was easy to work with and understood why I was needing a service dog. The program allowed the handler to make adjustments to the schedule when life events interfered. Having the handlers manual really helped with expectation management. Doing individual training and then group helped my dog with the basic commands. Highly recommend veterans look into SBF to get, train, and be successful getting the support they need.
